Hello and welcome to Moving Legends. We are an entertainment organization which displays media meant for older audiences and while animated should NOT be viewed by minors without permission from their guardian. It is our goal to create memorable and entertaining media for your viewing pleasure. To help facilitate this creation and continued use of our services and media you must agree to the terms of service provided here. We know these can be complicated so we will do our best to plainly describe our terms. If you do not understand any of these terms, agree to any of these terms, or are otherwise ineligible you shall not use our services. Anyone who uses this website, with or without an account, is subject to this agreement and acknowledges that this agreement may be updated at any time at which point the new agreement will take precedence. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Terms

Below are definitions of terms you will see in this agreement.

Agreement - this agreement otherwise known as the Terms of Service.
Service – any and all content and products offered by this website.
Content – any content on the website including but not limited to Video, Audio, Images, Text, etc.

Acceptable Use

Your use and activity on this website is subject to termination if we find that your behavior or use is illegal or hurtful to others. We do not tolerate:

Illegal activity.
Content or comments that are hurtful to others.
Spreading false or misleading information
Violating copyright laws.
Tampering with or hacking our website.
Spamming or soliciting our services or users.
Scamming our service or other users.
Hacking or in any way accessing our website/information without proper authorization.
To engage in a conduct that restricts or inhibits any users use or enjoyment of our website or app.
Allowing your account to be used by an individual or group other than yourself.

Termination/Suspension of Account

While you may delete your account and any information related to it with the exception of what we need to maintain for our records we are also free to suspend or terminate your account for breaching any of the conditions in this agreement or if required by law. By terminating your account you acknowledge that you will loose access to redownload any content you have purchased without any reimbursement.

All content on this website is copyrighted to Moving Legends LLC with any exception being credited or otherwise notated. We grant you rights to view the content on this site for personal entertainment but do not grant you the right to copy, distribute, or otherwise sell or profiteer from any of the content on our website. This includes but is not limited to: videos, images, text, & recordings. Any and all original character designs are completely fictional and no identification to actual persons, living or dead, is intended or should be inferred.

Payments and Pricing

We maintain the rights to change what services and products are offered to any subscription tier at any time just as you are free to withdraw your payment plan at any time. Price tier terminations must be completed prior to the month of termination EX: If you cancel payments in January you will still be charged for January with membership payment and use being terminated or changed in February.

If you would like to request a refund please contact us at Support@MovingLegends.net All transactions must be in U.S. Dollars.

If you miss a payment your membership will be reduced to the free tier in a similar manner until payment resumes.

Limitation of Liability

While using our website users may come across content not suitable for all users or all ages. We are not responsible for you viewing content you do not agree with or otherwise find objectionable, whether or not the content is official content or content posted by other users. VIEWER DISCRETION IS ADVISED WHILE USING OUR SERVICE. We are also not responsible for downtime, or disruption to the service whether as part of scheduled updates, maintenance, or any other foreseeable factors. We are not responsible for any downtime or disruption to our services due to unforeseen factors. To extent permissible by law we are not responsible for any system errors, issues, or damages, that may occur while using our website or downloading our content.

In regards to physical media you receive either by reward for a membership tier or via our store, if the item you receive is unsatisfactory or damaged you may return the item for an exchange or refund when applicable. Items sent for an exchange or refund must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.

Any purchased content that is downloadable is offered to you only while signed into your account and only while your account is active. If you terminate your account or your account has been terminated for any reason your ability to redownload whatever digital media you had purchased is forfeited. Note that even if you stop paying for your membership so long as you have access to your free tier account you still have access to your purchases; your items are only forfeit if you delete your account or your account has been deleted for other reasons. All of our downloadable content is nonrefundable and non-transferable.

Privacy Agreements & User Data

While using the website and creating an account certain personal information may be saved for legal or utility purposes as well as ease of use for the user. For information that is used to enhance the users experience they will be given the option to allow us to save the information or not. Some common types of information we collect are:

Your birthday (for promotions and age verification)
Your purchase history (for records & your ease of use)

Your card data and billing are handled through Stripe. Please see their site for more information on the handling of the following information.

Your credit card information (for payment/processing & your ease of use)
Your billing information (for records, payment/processing & ease of use)

We believe in your privacy and right to data and strive to only collect the minimum amount of information required for our operation and for you to have a great experience on our website. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled by informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved and requires further escalation disputes should be settled via a binding arbitration with a mutually agreed upon arbitrator. Any legal case will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
